3. User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree to:

—Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, including data privacy and telecommunications regulations (e.g., TCPA compliance for automated calls/texts)

5. Payments

—Late or failed payments may result in suspension of Services until payment is received.
—All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
—Setup Fees: Setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable once work has begun, as they reflect time and resources dedicated to building your system.
—Monthly Services: Ongoing monthly services may be cancelled at any time with written notice, as outlined in your service agreement. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial-month refunds will be issued.
—Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, no payment is required during the trial period. Continuing past the trial period will result in billing according to the selected plan, unless cancelled prior to the trial's end.
—Refund requests outside of the above will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Root&Flow's discretion.
7. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms (including but not limited to GoHighLevel, payment processors, phone/SMS providers, and email delivery services).
—We are not responsible for the availability, performance, security, or policies of third-party platforms.
—Your use of any third-party service accessed through our Services may be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
—Root&Flow is not liable for any interruption, data loss, or issue arising from a third-party platform's outage or policy changes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
—Root&Flow provides its website and Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
—We do not guarantee specific business results, lead volume, or revenue outcomes from the use of our Services.
